All models, actors, and performers appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on RawForFans were 18 years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Records

With respect to content produced by RawForFans, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the address provided to the operator and available to authorised inspectors as required by law.

Third-party content

For content produced by third parties and made available on the Site, RawForFans is not the producer (primary or secondary) as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records for such content are maintained by the respective producing studios or content partners.
